The first in the world electronic full-colored screen beyond the polar circle has been established by the specialists of our company in Norilsk!The screen is made as a big creeping line (the so called banner screen). It is situated on the roof of the highest building in the city - the Government of the mining combine of Norilsk. Now we can speak with confidence ,that our screens function successfully beyond the polar circle at the temperature -55 below zero.
